1. This website
kahnhaus.com is published by Kahn Haus for general information about the Haus. Its content, including the journal, is not an offer to the public and is not investment, legal, tax or other professional advice. You may read and link to it; you may not scrape member data (there is none) or misrepresent the Haus. We may change the site at any time.
2. Access to the portals
Access to the member portals is by invitation. Your access code is personal to you and your organisation; do not share it. The Haus may suspend or revoke access at any time, and you may stop using the portals at any time. By signing in with an access code you accept these terms.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the documents, messages and information you place in the portals. You grant the Haus the right to store, process and display that content in order to provide the service and to conduct the matters you ask the Haus to conduct.
4. Connected mailboxes
If you connect a mailbox, you confirm the address belongs to you or that you are authorised to connect it, and you understand that the service keeps a copy of your correspondence with the Haus and may send messages to the Haus from your address at your instruction. Your use of Google or Microsoft services remains subject to their own terms.
5. Acceptable use
You will not use the site or the portals to send unlawful, misleading or abusive material, to interfere with their operation or security, or to access data that is not yours.
6. The Haus's role
Information shown on the site and in the portals supports the Haus's work with you. It is not investment, legal or tax advice unless a written engagement says so. Valuations and market data may change without notice. Engagements are governed by their own written terms.
7. Availability and liability
The site and the portals are provided as is. The Haus takes reasonable care to keep them available and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Haus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address with its effective date.
