1. Capital
Descriptions of the Kahn Haus capital programme on this site are general information for professional clients. They are not an offer, an invitation or a solicitation to the public, and nothing on this site constitutes investment advice or a recommendation. Participation is available only under the offering documents, to eligible persons, after the Haus has verified eligibility and completed its know-your-customer and sanctions checks. Capital is at risk. The value of assets can fall as well as rise, income and distributions are not guaranteed, past performance is no guide to future results, and participants may lose the amount they commit. A preferred return is a contractual priority, not a guarantee of payment.
2. Real estate
The Haus does not publish listings. Registered market figures quoted on this site and in the journal are taken from Dubai Land Department open data and are reproduced with their reporting period. They describe past transactions and are not a valuation of any particular property. Valuations for members are prepared under a written mandate.
3. The journal
The Haus Read is prepared by the Haus's editorial system from public sources only: registered Dubai Land Department data, published market and economic releases and the Haus's own published service descriptions. Each entry lists its sources. Entries are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and pass automated checks for privacy and for prohibited claims before publication; no member information, private mandate or Haus transaction data is ever used. Entries are general commentary, not advice or an offer, and may be corrected or withdrawn.
4. Corporate
Kahn Haus Corporate coordinates qualified professionals for legal, tax, regulatory and licensing matters and does not itself give legal or tax advice. Certifications referred to on this site are held by the Arenberg group entity that delivers the relevant service and are verifiable on the IAF CertSearch register. Capabilities are stated as available, configurable or in development; no client, case study or accreditation is invented.
