Brokers and developers

Partner brokers and developers work with the House under a signed mandate. Inventory enters the House network only when it is titled or permitted, and every enquiry is answered by Kahn Haus. Referral terms are written before the first introduction.

Does Kahn Haus publish listings?

No. The House never publishes listings. Opportunities are shown privately to members whose mandate they fit.

How are valuations made?

Against registered Dubai Land Department transactions and rental contracts for the same building and community, read alongside the House's own trade record.

Who is my counterparty?

Kahn Haus. You do not deal with the other side of the transaction, and your details are never passed on.

Can a broker or developer work with the House?

Yes, under a signed mandate. Kahn Haus remains the only point of contact for every property in its network.
